Classic speed metal californian masterpiece!

Heretic is a speed metal band formed in 1984. After some lineup changes, they released the Torture Knows No Boundary EP in 1986. Their only full-length album, Breaking Point, came out in 1988 with vocalist Howe, who later joined Metal Church. Shortly after its release, the band disbanded. Heretic reformed in 2011, releasing new material in the following years.
