Vox Aurea has been chosen as YLE's youth choir of the year 2016-2017 Vox Aurea, the golden voice, is the representative choir of the Jyväskylä school service. Vox Aurea is one of the leading children's choirs in Finland and its level is also known internationally. The choir is conducted by Sanna Salminen. The program idea of ​​the album Waves is musical world travel so the album has slightly ethnic children's choir arrangements all the way to Thailand and South Africa. The new album proves that the choir has both a modern kick and a good old children's choir spirit.
